Intern
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.
- Assist with basic tax computations and administrative tasks.
- Develop familiarity with the firm’s workflow, standards, and software tools.
- Pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Junior Associate
Key Responsibilities:- Handle full set of accounts for assigned clients.
- Prepare management accounts, financial schedules, and reconciliations.
- Perform accounting system entries and monthly closing activities.
- Assist with SST submissions and basic tax work.
- Liaise with clients on documentation and queries.
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
Senior Associate
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee accounting engagements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Review financial statements and management reports.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Lead SST submissions, tax-related tasks, and client communications.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to operational enhancements.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in accounting or outsourcing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting standards and tax.
- Leadership capability and professional communication skills.
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, etc.) are advantageous.
